What does that mean? At any rate, whatever is bothering you can be corrected by you in less than five minutes with these. The set below costs $3.73.

The Corvette logoed centre cap. Maybe I should use the word, "align"...

Did you ever think that maybe the camera isnt center? If its tilted the slightest then it wouldnt be aligned.

Shouldn't the "V" of the logo point at the valve stem?

Oh wait a moment,,this isn't a Porsche.

If your're talking about where the C8 emblem is attached to the center cap itself, it appears to be aligned the only way it can be. All 3 points are touching the exterior edge of the cap. The only thing that could be done is make the crossed flags smaller.

If you're talking about how it's popped into the wheel opening, pop it off with the tools above and put it where you want it.

The bottom of the V on the Corvette Emblem is always supposed to be pointed towards the valve stem.

The NCM PDI crew will do that for those doing R8C NCM Delivery. Factory won't.

Thank you, this. Sorry, but I think this should be aligned at the factory in a consistent pattern on every wheel. This isn't the day after Super Bowl when nobody gives a ****...

It probably takes more time to check and adjust your tire pressures than it does to put the center caps where you want them. They're going to be pointing in all kinds of different directions anyway, because the wheels will turn at different revolutions.

I'd rather the assembly techs focus use their time on important matters, as opposed to something as trivial as this.

The problem is with that particular C8 wheel the valve stem is not located in the center between two of the five spokes helping to properly align every wheel cap. The Trident Wheels do. Had no problem doing this with my C7 Base Chromes either. OCD, you bet.

C7 Chrome as we’re on my ‘14 Cap point to stems

C8 where valve stem is off center between spokes thus where do you point the caps?

C8 Trident Wheels caps point at the stem

Haha! The valve stem is not even aligned relative to the spokes! So, would you align the center cap with the valve stem or the spokes? I would suggest removing your wheels to pop the center caps instead of scratching it as you try to remove it from the face of the wheel. While you're at it, measure the offsets, center hole diameter and bolt patterns. Don't have sleepless nights over this.

It is massive overkill to remove the wheels just to adjust your center caps. The soft plastic trim tools shown in post #2 above will not scratch anything. The tiny prongs will slip right in and you work your way around the cap to pull it off.

It's not something I care about, but if it floats your boat, it's a 5 minute or less adjustment.
