Event code and TPW

Event code and TPW
My code was upped to 3100 " order available for sequence" (was 3000) TPW now blank (prior 3/30), Got word that GM is recalculating TPW based on first weeks production.. Also got word that some are in transit. This would probably negate any quality hold. What all this means , have not got a clue!
