Building C8
I put my allocation in for a C8 Convertible in November 2019 with a Washington State dealer. So far I’ve received no communication regarding its manufacturing date. My dealer is not able to tell me anything at this point. I hear the convertible will not start construction until April. Any thoughts on when I might expect delivery?

You put in your ORDER in November. The questions are: how many allocations was the dealer notified that he would have in total; and what number are you in line at the dealer?
The reason you have not heard anything is because your dealer has not been able to assign your order to an allocation. Without the answers to the above questions, there is absolutely no way of knowing when you might expect delivery. It is entirely possible that you won't be getting a 2020.
Read this thread to understand the order/allocation process (ignore the constraint discussion as there is only 1 constraint at this time - 5VM is not available).
