when my C8 arrives, I'll probably power it from the door lights? It will be like the Mclaren 720s where the engine lights up when you open the car. delayed lighting will also be sync with it.

The LED’s are battery powered. I painted the battery box black and used Velcro to attach it.

I think it looks good. It’s not that much different than what GM did with the “Engine Appearance Package”, but it doesn’t cost a grand.

Multiple, multiple LEDs..... not an insignificant drain on the battery(!). Tell us what size batteries you are using--and how long you suspect those batteries will last.....

CanAM...the Amazon link he posted shows 3 AA batteries. LED's in this amount will not drain them too quickly and should last quite some time, unless he forgets and leaves them on!
