They did not tell me how they added the tranny fluid.
The $325 included the 2 quarts of tranny fluid so the labor would have been about $190. The tranny fluid was about $65 per quart but it takes 2 quarts.

Did they tell you how they added the tranny fluid? Typically, they would take the whole trunk apart to do this which appears to be a PITA. For $325, that appears to be 2.5 hours at $130/hr. Does that sound about right? Only 2.5 hours? Great if so! But I think you may have overpaid for the quart at $129 each. I could have sworn I read it to be <100 somewhere.

As ALL the other posts have noted it’s not just a simple adjustment. It requires washers/shims under the “A” arms in order to get the proper camber.
I actually took my car to the dealer to get the track alignment done. Standard street alignment is $149 for the C8. Since the service advisor wasn’t familiar with the difference in labor he quoted me that price. I was elated, then a couple hours later he called to apologize saying it was quite a bit more involved to accomplish, $449 was the new total.

Track alignment will destroy you back tires very quickly. These tires have about 15k
going to pick up my car today after getting the track alignment. The service rep asked me if I knew the cost. I said no and he said its around 700.00 but would help me out. I was pretty shocked. We will see final outcome. It seems one thing after another is disheartening about this car . they jacked up the price of the car 5k when i bought it. Now 700 track alignments? Hope its just the first one and not everyone or there will be a pretty Elkhart blue c8 for sale.. ill follow up with the cost. If its a 3 hour job I can be ok with that if charged accordingly.
