I decided to look for the reflections from my dash. They were there and were more noticeable in the Kalahari sections but, to me, the reflections from the features in the black portions of the dash were almost as bad in the conditions that were causing the reflection.
Most sunglasses are vertically polarized to cut out horizontal glare. I wore polarized sunglasses in my C7 and did not have a problem seeing the HUD but I did have to turn up the brightness. Some screens are polarized and some are not. I had a phone that was unreadable in portrait mode but fine in landscape. If the C8 engineers did their job right they either used a non-polarized projector/screens or oriented the polarization vertically.
So, if you don't like wearing sunglasses when driving in lighter conditions and/or are really bothered by the reflections then the Natural Dipped interior probably isn't for you.

I will say it again, go with what you love. But I agree with the post above that if you are gonna garage and maybe show it mostly, go ahead with the dipped. But if you are gonna be most about the driving enjoyment - you may be very disappointed in a color you can’t change. So why risk it?

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
Like I said, I had a early Kalahari C7 3LT with the full Kalahari dash. I didn't even notice the reflections except under curtain circumstances and it was my daily driver. But you will see them if you look for them.
I think I subconsciously learned to look past the reflections.
Just like the HUD. Some people can't stand it and turn it off because it is too distracting to them. But after driving driving the car for a while I don't even notice it unless I'm looking for information.
So, this is something you just can't get past then a light colored dash isn't for you. But some people can learn to not even notice it. If you are one of those people then don't let it dissuade you (and you probably know by now which type you are).

When you are wearing polarized sunglasses, the surface blocks the glare by filtering out the horizontal light waves that don't fit through the chemical laminate pattern. However, when glare is eliminated, the image details are easier to see. and can reduce eye strain Glare will be gone.

Want to take a 'Guess" as to where the Camera was mounted?
Those are snapshots from a Video. The angle of the Sun was lower in the 2nd an driver was driving directly into it. The windshield glare is so bad in 2nd shot you can not see if there is a Vehicle in inside lane, or the side of the overpass to his right.
Everyone has been saying Sunglasses. I've already purchased and tested 3 different pair, claiming to tame glare. Only one pair was halfway acceptable in taming it.
Would you and others tell me what Brand of Polarized Sunglasses you use? My Polarized clear lens glasses don't work that well either.
To test the glasses, I use car with a black dash that only has glare from high gloss plastic Defogger vents on windshield. The angle of the windshield to dash is not even close to the C8's windshield's angle so that helps lessen glare. I use one sheet of gloss white paper with black writing, an another sheet of non-gloss white paper with black writing on it. I tested in morning sun, mid-day an evening sun. You can read the black printing on both, as expected the gloss white paper has the worst glare making print stand out more.
By the way, you should be able to tell the video cam was mounted on drivers head. He's looking more downward in the 2nd one. Wonder why....
