Guessing you do not have the star power of Kobe Bryant?
Ya but you were not Kobe Bryant #24 for the Lakers (this is Vin #24) and died in a helicopter crash--guessing from the ad that someone is trying to profit from the fact this was Kobe's car on order or simply it is VIN 24. Yes $100k over MSRP is crazy but either this car has a story or someone is "creating" the story to sell to a Kobe fan.
Get the Kobe Bryant mid engine 2020 c8.VIN24.There can only ever be one.Comes with front lift mag ride, engine appearance package.carbon fibre inside, high wing.2 tone red and black interior.z51 package 2lt.

I made a study of the low, sub-#25 VIN's. I was told that #24 went to a guy in Alberta. Which would explain the snow, the Canadian attire, and the Alberta plate in the background, and maybe the Unicorn.
A little Canadian joke I'm thinking.

So...? Anyone can ask whatever they wish. Who knows what someone will walk up with burning a hole in their portfolio and decide they "need" his car more?

The ad is loaded with evidence that it's a Canadian JOKE.
From: Calgary, AB. There's a reason why white was the only color offered on every year Corvette. Proud Canadian German Jamaican!

this car is in Edmonton, Alberta. I looked at the plate on the minivan, seen that it was Alberta, ran the VIN and it was registered in Edmonton, April 8, 2020.

Thanks for backing me up. Looks like some other member of the Corvette Club there having a little fun.
I've been watching one of the big online car sites that has 3 pages of C8s for sale. I set the list in descending order according on price. Everyone of these cars has an aggressive price lift, many are used with some miles, but a couple are dealer's cars with no miles (like 8 or 10 or so)
Not one of these cars has sold in the few weeks I've been watching. The higher more ridiculously priced ones have had price drops; a couple have had multiple drops. The two least priced ones, both 1LTs with no options at all are priced $85K and $87K have held steady on pricing but they too have gone nowhere.
So, for the comments on here about - you can ask, but doesn't mean you'll get - seems to be the norm. I also think that those who perceive you can take delivery and immediately make a sizeable profit are not going to do that. Granted there might have been a few, but from what I am seeing, the fools and their money are now probably out of the market.

Nope, they're still out there. Local dealer has one up for auction. When I was there last week the bid price was at $18K over MSRP.
