I stored mine for 42 days in transport mode. Started right up, I always put it in transport when leaving for an extended period.
You'll recognize you're in transport mode primarily by the red battery icon remaining flashing on the dash. The transport mode on indicator will also appear in the DIC on startup, but will disappear soon after.
