I've seen this color in person and couldn't stop staring at the car. Looked so good.

Im so excited to get the car even more so now. The response from you all have really helped me make the right decision, I should go to 3000 when gm comes back from the holidays, and I should have the car in March some time. I love white on every car, but feel the c8 with more of an exotic look would benefit from a "loud" color.

That's exactly what I ordered, and it looks beautiful. Thank you for the picture.

Exactly. The color is a perfect fit for the exotic styling of the C8.

Believe it or not, I seen your pictures on a separate post and planned to copy you...it looks perfect. I've also been interested in the fabric pen to dye the stitching orange too

Ooooh... Ive been tempted to do the stitch dye too. The post about doing it, the results are awesome. A little scary as there is no turning back once you start. If you do it, post pics for sure... Might push me off the ledge!

I agree, it does seem a little intimidating and tedious but results by were very nice. I will definitely post pics if I do it

I love those mats. I'm going to order them in the spring.

I also like the orange stitching but am hesitant to do it as I did it on my previous car ( lime green challenger). It took so long to do it and it looked so good when I was done but it didn't last more than about a year. It faded back to the original white stitching in most spots and I was so frustrated.

This video is shot in 1080P and shows the color well in the sun. About 50 seconds into the video. It's paint corrected and ceramic coated. That may make a difference.

I can’t believe they still don’t offer orange stitching. Often times GM adds something on one model or trim level and then it becomes a standard option down the road.

I believe the ‘11 Carbon Edition Z06 is still the only Corvette that had orange stitching. So they obviously can do it. It definitely makes the interior that much nicer

Not a C8, but gives you an idea of what orange stitching can look like.

Go with SO.
After seeing all the colors in person, here is how I rate them.
And, I ordered all my previous corvettes in silver or black.

1. ELB
2. RB
3. SO

When I was ordering my 2020, my two color choices were AW and SO. I finally saw a C7 Z06 in SO and immediately fell in love with the color. It's a deep, saturated orange that looks classy. AW is a 'safe' choice and since I've always had 'safe' colors, I wanted something different from what I've owned in the past. Also, just driving around, you're surrounded by a sea of white, silver, black and grey. The C8 deserves to stand out.

Agreed. An exotic car deserves and exotic color.
Plus, you're not disappearing in a crowd with the C8, regardless of color.
Even ELB seems a little tame on the C8, but it's a safe choice.
