The two middle colors on this paint palette I found on line seem to me to be the closest to Red Mist/Natural. Thoughts?

No hate here. Love the two-tone cool grey. But my exterior color will be CMGM.

That actually looks sweet. The stripes and wheels really bring it all together. Mine is Rapid Blue and I had always planned on getting the carbon flash stripes and talked myself out of it. I had always thought it would look incredible but didn't get them because most other people weren't. I thought maybe I was just old fashion and wasn't up to speed. The good thing is that I can add them. Like everyone keeps saying, get what you like. Wish I would have.

I sent my order to MacMulkin earlier today without the stripes, but after seeing your build, it is obviously the silver stripes that bring it all together. I am going to modify my order to your exact palette, to include the silver stripes. Well done!

Mine. I love the color, yellow isn't what I'd consider it at all.

Love the color combo but those red seat belts tho. I made the mistake of ordering those. It was a 1,000 dollar mistake for me. I had them in for 6 month. I couldn't take them any longer. When I ordered them when I purchased my C7 I used GM's visualizer app which badly misrepresented that redt color. When the vehicle arrived it was clear the color of the belt clashed badly with my spice red seats.

I think the natural dipped color for the red mist would look great. I have a close friend that has shadow grey convertible with the natural interior and it looks great. If I could change my 2021 convertible to red mist, I would definitely order the natural dipped interior. I have a 2020 blade silver coupe which I took delivery the end or August, which is on Corvette Forum C8's for sale with pics. and just received a TPW for 1/25 for the HTC in Silver Flare, loaded with the same options and interior color.

Personally, if I have any color regrets, it would be not doing Elkhart blue with natural dipped. However, I'm just not into the idea of driving blue cars. If you want a color combo that really pops, elkhart + natural dipped + body color trim + polished wheels! Super hot.
‘Not so. The OP asked about Red Mist & SkyCool Gray. I don’t think that combo works, whereas it works nicely with others.

First, I have to laugh about someone with a screen name of LIE2ME asking people's opinions!

But to make up for that, I won't lie to you, and I hope that doesn't disappoint you. Here's a photo I took of a C8 at MacMulkin under showroom lights, and I haven't altered it in any way:

I agree. You made the right choice. The black breaks it up nicely.

I have chosen Natural interior with Torch Red exterior. It is a color you should see in person. Some pictures make the interior look yellowish. I went with 2LT to have black accents. You could also break it up with two tone seats as shown above. The 3LT Natural dipped is a bit to much for me. Everyone will have an opinion on this color and you will need to decide what is best for you. Best of luck with your decision.

Natural dipped is a little too much for my taste. I prefer just the natural interior which breaks up the upper dash, doors and carpet with black. In addition, I will add the two tone seats which add even more black to the interior. Compare pics in posts #32 and #33. . IMO, the two tone natural looks very nice with Red Mist exterior. Also, some have reported dash reflection on the windshield with the natural dipped interior. However, I believe polarized sunglasses resolves it.
