Default Headlight interior clearcoat running

Just wanted to post this up in case any of the rest of you see this on your C8. My passenger headlight looks to have some sort of clearcoat on its inside that ran during manufacture. It looks like liquid on the inside, but it is not condensation, it is definitely some sort of improperly applied coating. I mentioned it to my dealer back in November when I got the car, and they said they'd swap it out, but I have not had the car out of its hibernation in the garage since the snow started flying.

Just a public service message. Check your C8's headlights!

Worthless unless you own a C8 and can go out to your garage and take a look. Theres 18+ inches of snow on the ground and I dont feel like backing mine out to take a picture. If you dont own a C8 this message doesnt apply to you anyway. If you do, you may be glad I mentioned it.

Dismissed.

I own a C8 (longer than you have owned yours). It would be far more helpful for other owners if they could see a picture of what you are talking about. Why can't you take a picture in your garage?

A request for a picture from in the garage seems pretty reasonable. Please show us what you're talking about.

Some of us fit that category. Thanks for the laugh, hope your car sucks.
