How do I identify the build date of my c8, already built
Is there an actual stamp or code(s) that identifies build date

If you want to know the exact date your car was built on, take the last 4 digits of your model year's VIN number and go to this thread.

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...dsheet-33.html

You can look up the range of VIN numbers made each day for the model year and get the exact date. The sticker on the door is printed out before the car is made, so if there's any slow downs or factory shut down after the sticker is printed and before your car is finished, it will not be accurate.

Take the direct path on the SS thread by BobG. Where do you think the CC gets their information?

I just did mine - I was pretty sure it was built 12/23/2020 but looking at the SS, Mine was built on 12/23, second shift 53 cars before the end of CY2020 production.
