I have to ask the question are people not looking over the car before taking it from the dealer? Something like this can't be missed if one is looking over the car properly. Don't take the car unless it is up to your standard.

I actually did check for the head light rubbing issue and taillights, but I guess I didn't check the panels as thoroughly since my camaros weren't as perfect either did not think they would cause issues

Your vinyl installer may have also caused the damage. Could he have pulled the front clip off it’s mounts to fold the edge of the clear bra around the edge?

You can see in the photo the ppf doesn’t go to the edge, there’s probably an 1/8” -1/4” gap between the edge of the film & edge of the panel.

That's what I initially thought too and posted on here to confirm but everyone else's comments make sense especially since there is a tsb on it, installer also sent me a photo that it was there before install just smaller and it's still pretty small

Meh that happened on the wife's 2011 Malibu.....



Pretty easy fix good luck with repair...at least its not smack dab in the middle of a panel...
