What my baby will look like. Yes, with 5ZZ High Wing and 5VM ACS Front splitter and side rockers HSG HTC 2LT w Mag Ride -Built 7/30/23 NCM Delivery in 3 weeks.... i hope
$5,600 here in OC/SoCal, about $3k for the frontend + rocker PPF and paint prep, $1k for the window tint and wrap, and $1k for the ceramic coat on everything.
Picking her up at the end of the month in Bowling green. This car is a replacement for a C8 that was 15 days old when my garage flooded last October here in South Daytona FL during hurricane Nicole.
Very nice. Hopefully you will enjoy many good years with the new car.
My 2023 HTC was also picked up at the meseum June 2022. Now, the car is at the dealer getting a new transmission ordered/installed after only 13K miles. :-( 2023 HTC
Got the car back from the PPF shop with Xpel's new Ultimate Fusion PPF. Not ceramic coated because it's dual purpose: 1) Protective self-healing film and 2) comes permanently infused with a hydrophobic top-coat that always looks slick. Bird poop cleanly slides off when I wipe. Except they did ceramic coat the wheels (MRR F25 19F/20R in Carbon Flash w/ machined edge and Jake center caps), brakes, and engine bay. They also blacked out the top around the transparent roof, rear license plate surround, and the "blade" in the side rockers with Xpel's gloss black PFF (more protection than regular black vinyl wrap).

Looks sharp! I am considering the same wheels. How is the fitment?

Offsets are +38F/+48R and fit impeccably flush. I find these OEM-style wheels aesthetically pleasing whether lowered or not lowered (my roads are unforgiving so I chose not to lower). Whereas flashier wheel designs look much better without the wheel gap. I also wanted a polished lip so that the wheel doesn't disappear into the wheel well plus draws your eyes away from the wheel gap to make it less noticeable. I like the skinnier 5-spokes (don't like split-spokes in general like the base wheels) with a slight directional twist like 458 Italia wheels. I was considering the F23 Z06-style wheels but the thicker spokes [psychologically, to me] command more aggressive aero like the Z07 package and, in photos, its wheel gap looks more noticeable [to me] on stock height.

You definitely have a sense of style. I like how you logically went about determining the best looking wheels for your C8. They look great!!!
New phone arrived last night so I had to test the lenses on its three rear-facing cameras (wide, ultrawide, and telephoto). Much easier to shoot than the Canon and Nikon DSLRs I've had in the past.

Hi, I'm new to this Forum. About to place an order for a C8. I'm pretty set on HG but struggling a bit with interior color selection. I've read through this thread and agree that Natural might be a bit too loud or as someone said "cartoonish"; But I just can't seem to look away.
I was thinking maybe the two tone is a good option, because the added black on the seats softens the shock of the Natural a bit.
Would love to see pics if anyone has, or just get some opinions. Thanks!

Picked her up the first of Nov. and just hit 500 mi. The HSG really changes color in different light. I have actually seen it look very close to the Cacti at one glance and that would not be my color of choice.
The interior is Sky Cool Grey and it is virtually white. Really don't know what I was thinking when I chose the interior but it still looks good.
Overall, the performance and look are fantastic.
I did add the grill guards and I'm glad I did. In the short mileage I've driven, I have already found them very protective.
