Anyone upgrade to 20 & 21s who also lowered the .75"? Any rubbing problems?

I'm putting my 20/21" wheels on Wednesday & was wondering if I should install the lowering collars I purchased some time ago?

you will get more space by lowering the .75 inch as it gives more room from splashguard but easier also to nick splitter or bottom of car of course. 3k miles and no issues yet

Ok Great! I purchased a set of OEM GM TPMS Sensors on EBay for my New tires I bought for my AEROLARRI’s. I will just store my original wheels whole.

That looks sooo much better!
Any issues with rubbing or the suspension? Did you cut or leave the bump stops as is?

Is it a good estimate to say ones wheels would be produced 4-6 weeks after ordering? I realize they take another 1-2 months to arrive.

Thanks. I basically selling them at cost. I think we are coming from the same dilemma on the color. My other set is a black ghost finish and it is almost the same.

Black Ghost almost the same as gloss black? I'm pretty sure the latter shows as measurably darker in most lighting.

Default Finally mounted my wheels and tires!

The first set of Aerolarris produced in 18/19, Graphene Glaze Brushed Raptors ordered in stock width for autoX and track days. Tires are super 200tw Falken Azenis RT660 in 265/35 and 305/30, mounted and balanced on a Hunter Revolution and Road Force Elite. Now I need to lower the car and add some negative camber!

I weighed the wheel/tire combo vs stock (3400 miles on Michelins) on a home scale, and was amazed by the results... Each rear wheel/tire weighs 10.4 lbs less! Each front is 1.1 lb less but 20mm wider!

Aerolarri F 18x8.5 w/ 20mm wider tire = 51.4 lbs
Aerolarri R 19x11 w/ stock width tire = 56.4 lbs

Stock 5 spoke F 19x8.5 w/ Michelin PS4S = 52.5 lbs
Stock 5 spoke R 20x11 w/ Michelin PS4S = 66.8 lbs

To verify accuracy, I looked up the stock wheel and tire weights online. Close enough for me.
Stock F wheel 25.69 + PS4S ZP 26.96 = 52.65 lbs
Stock R wheel 32.11 + PS4S ZP 34.90 = 67.01 lbs

Some pics!

Still clean, getting morning coffee.

After a couple lapping sessions.

After a half day on track. This color hides brake dust pretty well!

45rake, wheels and black top look awesome. I'm waiting for Threshers, ordered 3 weeks ago. About how much did you pay for the PPF on the roof?
