Need Help: Color Matching Graphene Glazed Polished
An unfortunate incident happened this week where one of my brand new Aerolarri Hurricane front wheels fell over on concrete while I was delivering them to the detailer to be ceramic coated. The wheel color is Graphene Glazed Polished. Chet is unable to provide me the color code for it to be repainted. Shot in the dark, but has anyone had to have cosmetic work done using this color and, if so, any suggestions on what color/color code to use? Thanks!
Just have Chet make you another rim and keep the other as spare .
That was my original intent, but then Chet said I should order a front AND a rear to ensure the color matches on that side of the car. He suggested it should be fairly easy to get it repaired so that’s what lead me down this path.
I'm surprised in all this thread, all these different wheels, I did not see where anyone had "CORVETTE" lettering machined into the wheels like the "AEROLARRI" and "FORGED" lettering is.
It is a little pricey option, but thought someone would have done it.
I suspect that as a wheel manufacturer the only identifiable logo or branding that they have is the Center Cap which is why they place there name there to market them. I personally wouldn't want Corvette written on my custom wheel center caps.
When I purchase custom wheels, I am now representing the brand of my wheels as the car represents itself with the corvette inscription as will as the corvette flags. It also cuts down on people asking what kind of wheels are those when the center caps will let those who are curious know but that's just me or my 2-cents.

No, there is an option to have custom lettering machined into the rim edge of the wheels just like the "AEROLARRI" name is on every one of their wheels. They also offer the option to have their name and "FORGED" not machined in, just leaving them blank.
It is a $499 option to have custom lettering added.

For the people with darker finish wheels, what lug nuts are you using? I bought some black spline drive lugs. Wheels are going on the car in a couple days. I looked at the lugs on the wheels and can see some bright metal around the lugs in the bottom of the holes. I don’t think I’ll really notice it on the car but was just wondering if anyone else has run into this and what they did about it.
ACS has black lug nuts that are identical to GM's and not nearly as expensive.
