Thanks for posting. I like it! Ended up going with black because I didn't see these in time. Can't wait to see this color in person. Really love the way the light plays off the orange in these pics.
Gorgeous.. Back in the day, when 5 or 6 years old, at least 75 years ago, mixing paint from my dad's garage and painting my soapbox, roap steering, wagon wheel racer... THIS COLOR... A mistake it was.. but "lookin' really good" now!
For those that have seen AO in person, is it anywhere similar to the 1969 Chevy color "Hugger Orange"? Always loved that color so wondering if it's close to HO. Thanks!
I have a 1999 Hugger Orange Camaro SS that had a small production run. It's a 30th Anniversary color from 1969. Hugger Orange has a bit of red in it as opposed to AO. I would say AO is an orange that looks closer to Pontiac's 1970 Orbit Orange. It's a truer orange color.
A friend brought out his Sebring Orange C8. I parked my Amplify Orange next to it so you can get a good comparison. The Amplify is definitely brighter, and the signal is redder. Both look good.
Gotta say, seeing the, side by side here I wish that Chevy had kept Sebring over Amplify or at least offer both. One looks very washed out compared to the other.

That's an awful picture. AO looks anything but washed out.
