This needs yellow calipers and yellow seat belts. Interior choice would be tough. But honestly I can't judge it without getting the emotional in person feel.
It has the most potential of the three new colors. But man it's already obvious from carlisle that they sacrificed Zeus and Sebring for far worse colors.
This one looks like a push.
Let's get some greens and purple/pinks going. Or we could do more white/black/Grey shades I guess like every other homogenous car on the road.
So far it looks pretty much like what I expected... a dark silver or light-ish grey. It would pair well with one of the impact color interiors... red, blue, yellow. This is a color you could do a lot of black or carbon accents on, then go with black wheels, or if you want to add more flash, color match wheels and stripes to the interior. The yellow theme will be popular I am sure, red is always popular, but I could see going with a Tension Blue color scheme for something different.
From the pictures it looks like Shark gray in the dark and Dark Silver in the light. I love the way it looks in Len's top 3 pictures but not crazy about it in the darker pictures
I'm guessing if you are a fan of Shark Gray, you feel the exact opposite as I do and like the dark pictures and the lighter pictures not so much.
I just showed the pics to my friend without mentioning anything and the first thing out of her mouth was "Gun Metal" She loved it.

I think thats going to look great. I am considering the same combo.
That's actually my wife's idea. I didn't even think about going 3lt to get the blue interior. I was looking at the 2 tone natural or red and it just wasn't the right combo.
I love the blue interior but skipped on it to save a bunch of money. Got adrenaline red GT1 seats. I guess we will see how it comes out. Excited to see em all.

It is my wife's preference as well. She really loves the Rapid Blue with the Tension interior... and I like it too, but part of me wants to go with a more toned down exterior color, especially with a more "flashy" interior. I really love the idea of Morello red with this grey, it would be kind of a Porsche vibe. I am just a little torn on the dipped look, thats a LOT of Morello red, and the red alcantara worries me... will it fade to pink in the Florida sun? Just not sure. The Tension Blue is going to be unique and different, which I love. And its got multiple tones, a lot of dark blue with the lighter Tension blue accents. I was thinking maybe some tension blue hash stripes, or even OTT stripes would be really bold. And I also think color matched wheels would look pretty cool. I have done black wheels for so long, kind of ready for a change.
But none of the options are bad... black interior and accents would look very aggressive and tough, like all blackout, but without having to keep black paint clean all the time. And definitely Adrenaline Red works too... a good way to save a ton of money going 1LT but still get a real impact color on the interior.
The biggest problem with the C8 is just the sheer volume of good options at all levels, it really makes it difficult! I am glad my order number is so far down, gives me time to think it all through.
