Default August Allocations (Tracking)

After placing a deposit with MacMulkin in January, i was part of their most recent allocations of 64 vehicles in August. I went to status 2000 last week, and status 3000 a couple days ago. No TPW as of yet.

July allocations have TPWs throughout September, but most seem to falling around 9/13. Therefore we might assume to have TPWs in late September or early October.

I can’t believe it’s almost that time!

---
Edit 8/27

I have received a TPW of 9/20 as per Shane @ the Corvette Museum - but it's just an estimate at the moment.

Mario,

First of all, thanks for starting up the thread. I am right there with you. Placed my deposit with MacMulkin on 18 January 2021, also part of their most recent allocations of 64 vehicles in August (#60 at the time). I also went to status 2000 last week, and status 3000 a couple days ago with no TPW as of yet....

Deposit January 6, 2021.

Was going to get allocation in June before that got cancelled. So here we are for August... Order went 2000 on 19 August, and 3000 on 24 August.

Same thing here, as well as with @LIE2ME . We are all orphans from the cancelled June allocation. In fact, we are probably one of the groups that have faced the most up-and-downs during this whole process. Between the shutdowns, pricing increases, allocation surprises, etc. But we are oh so close.

Mario...thanks for starting this thread! I hope the August allocations will participate, and share their journey with all of us. These threads are a huge help to everyone wanting to know "when will mine be built", so it's both fun and serves a great purpose..

In the same boat as you, What I’ve been reading we might be at 3400 soon. I hope I’m right anyway. If we keep checking on a regular basis we will see 3400.

It’s always fun reading through the monthly tracking topics, but it’s even more fun being part of it! You’re right, there will be people reading these topics to get insights for when it’s finally their turn.

Im thinking at least one of us is checking with Chevy Chat. I’ll refrain from bothering them, and will wait to see if anyone in our allocation group moves over to 3400.

I think our TPW will be just a few weeks after the date we are notified of the TPW. Which would be an awesome cycle for future customers.

Yep, in the same boat. I split my time checking through the phone number and Chevrolet.com. 3000 status for the last few days. Think I’ll have a Dunkin Donut and a coffee, with a little Irish whiskey on the side when 3400 comes.

This was posted on another topic! This is the first TPW I have seen so far for August allocations. Very exciting. I'm thinking delivery should only be a week or so after the vehicle gets produced. Get your bank checks ready!

Wow! I did not think 22s would have TPWs that early. How did you reach out to him?

Mario,

I sent Shane a short email requesting my build status:

shane@corvettemuseum.org

He responded in less than 30 minutes....

Wow, I also have a 9/20 TPW. That's 2-3 weeks better than I expected. Realistically, we could have our cars in our possession in a little bit over a month from now.

Of course our TPWs are "subject to change", but that is always the case, so no reason I can see to temper our enthusiasm!
