Per Shane at NCM...."3000 status…current TPW is 11/1." Interesting as I thought TPW's were only given at 3300.

As with most, per Shane at the Museum:
Deposit with MM, sometime in February 2021

2000 - 9/17
3000 - 9/21
TPW is 10/18!!!!
HTC
GS7
2LT
Z51 - No
NCM - No
And still at 3000 status. Clearly, GM starts getting all their ducks (err. Vettes) lined up, BEFORE they formally change status on the orders and release the TPW to Chat, Conceirge, dealers, etc. It just happens that NCM can access the information earlier on, for the reasons stated earlier, so they can start lining up their own ducks. Handy.
CD to Classic in Sugar Land, sounds like getting a truck full won't be difficult. I'd hope to have the new baby in hand sometime during the first two weeks of November.
I gotta start clearing space. Sell the trailer? Sell the C6? Decisions, decisions . . .

We were close on the waitlist so I'm hoping all the 9/23 3000's are now 10/18 TPW's?

That's not the way it works. Once GM accepts an order, the build date is determined by how everything best lines up with logistics to keep the whole assembly process moving along - and nothing to do with date of deposit. For those of us at 3000, we are at the mercy of the manufacturing process as to when our TPW will be. My deposit date was 2/4/21. 9/21 I went to 3000 and my TPW is 10/25. Some are earlier, some later in November.

I wonder how accurate the TPWs actually are. I know it really depends on parts supply and other factors. But does anyone know the accuracy of these TPWs? Barring any shut downs or other unforeseen circumstances, can we all pretty much expect our vehicles to be built the week of the TPW? Has GM ever moved those dates without notice in the past? Weather that’s pushing dates back or moving them up without their being any shutdowns or supply issues.

Strange....I got an email from Shane Webb at the Museum on 9/23 informing me I am at 3300 with a TPW of 10/11. I got an email today from the concierge stating my order is at 3300 but they have no TPW yet.....I tend to believe Shane over the concierge.....time will tell....

Shane should be the most accurate as he can see more information on production than the concierge can see. And congratulations on getting an early build date.

If my memory serves me, Pre-pandemic, the TPW's were pretty accurate. The past couple of years there has been some TPW changes due to shutdowns, supply issues etc., but still pretty accurate. So since things have been more stable as of late, and Bowling Green has pretty much caught back up, you should see the whole process speed up and have accurate TPW's - unless of course we start seeing plant shutdowns or supply chain issues. .

If the Chevy chat said I’m at 3000, that’s pretty certain, right? Like is there a chance I’m 3300 but the chat data is delayed? More curious than eager at this point.
