Checked today and I am at 4B00 (Bayed) so just waiting on Jack Cooper to get 7 more C8's on the truck so they can deliver. Hoping for 4200 quickly as I would like to pick it up next Saturday. At least I am out of 4D00 and QC!!

Dealer called, Stormy is set to arrive Tuesday tentatively but could be 2-3 days later. I guess she made it through QC. Just a shame I can't be there to see her come off the truck!

Default It's been built!

VIN 08882--Confirmed by Shane at NCM and my dealership that my C8 was built yesterday! Unfortunately, neither provided me with any additional details regarding the applicable status code so no idea at this point if it's cleared QC, on hold, waiting for transport, etc.

My car 8682 was built Wednesday and Shane reported today that it is on a QC hold. I asked if it had anything to do with the wheel problem and he said no, normal protocol.

It is fun to see many of you finally seeing your cars built! I have a 12/20 TPW so I am expecting to finally move from 3000 this upcoming week. Like a kid in a toy store, I am WAYYYY too excited for this!

This is 100% normal. All cars go through QC. Mine was built 11/24. Was at 4000 via Chevy Concierge on 11/26 and on 11/29 was 4D00 via NCM. Confirmed that all cars get the 4D00 status until released. As of 12/3 I was 4B00 (Bayed) waiting to be shipped. Chevy chat and Chevy Concierge don't get the 4D00 and 4B00 in their system (at least that is what they told me) but NCM does. This is why 99% of the people never know their C8 was at 4D00.

The wheel issued is resolved to my knowledge and only those still in QC purgatory from early November build are just waiting for new wheels to be shipped.

Sitting at the dealership waiting for my car to arrive! It’s been a long time coming. Car was built on Wednesday this week. Three days from the assembly line to the dealership. 😎

Default East Coast delivery

Curious to see if anyone with TPWs of 12/6 12/13 are taking deliveries at dealers in either VA, TN, NC, SC or GA?

I have a TPW of 12/6 and taking delivery in GA. My C8 should be getting built this Thursday if everything runs smoothly at the plant.

Default Status 4000 from Corvette Concierge

Contacted Corvette Concierge this morning after going 3800 last Thursday, December 2nd. The representative informed me that I was now "4000 - Available to Ship" but that he had no other specific information to provide. He said that deliveries have been slow of late and that it has been taking approximately 6-8 weeks from build date to delivery to dealer.

Anyone have any first hand experience of late in terms of the approximate delivery time frame (barring any QC holds) for deliveries out to the West Coast (Southern California in particular) after 3800? Obviously getting super excited and anxious to get my car, but more importantly, just trying to time my finance rate lock, as well as several appointments for installation of aftermarket wheels and tires, suspension lowering, and PPF/Ceramic Coating. Thanks in advance all!

UPDATE - Shane at NCM states, "It's currently in its standard QC hold."
