Default C8 Engine Bay Lights

For those that did not get the GM Engine Pkg with bay light I was wondering if anyone has bought and installed the following from Corvette Mods:

C8 Corvette 2020+ Engine Bay LED Lighting Kit - Wireless RGB

Part Number: 24586
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corvette Mods Reviews
Your Price: $86.99

If not any other suggestions would help. Thanks,

First, DO NOT buy from Corvette Mods.
Second, Battery powered LED lights that operate on AA batteries and a remote are available on Amazon really cheap.
Third, this is about the 57th thread on this topic. Search is your sometimes friend.

I would recommend you browse through the Transactions Feedback section of the forum and look up reviews for that vendor.

How are yours attached? I have two of these lights sitting at home and I'm not sure how I want to mount them, really don't want them falling off while driving.. I'm also a little concerned about the heat in there affecting them. I have some Gorilla Heavy Duty Mounting Tape which I imagine would work, but looking to hear other's real life experiences.

^^^ I used 3M double sided tape. They have been on over a year and have not even come loose.

Please tell me where you got these light. If it was Amazon can you give me a product name. Any problem with heat in the engine bay with melting light or falling off. Thank you in advance.
