I just received a link that was supposed to bring me to a final payment screen, but instead just drops me at the Scrape Armor home screen. You actually received an invoice showing they charged you? Maybe I should reach out to Matt.

Well, I just tried it in Safari and it worked. Looks like it's time to give them a call.

Same here, pay link doesn't work. And you can't through to customer service because they are no doubt getting a lot of calls about this problem.

He was able to send me an order link with $50 credit so I was able to finish the transaction. He conceded the glitch was on their end and that this is the first time they have used this pre-order system. Shoot him a message, he was very helpful and replied quickly.
