Same here, pay link doesn't work. And you can't through to customer service because they are no doubt getting a lot of calls about this problem.

He was able to send me an order link with $50 credit so I was able to finish the transaction. He conceded the glitch was on their end and that this is the first time they have used this pre-order system. Shoot him a message, he was very helpful and replied quickly.

Matt did just send me an invoice with a pay link, which took care of the problem.
He said most folks were having a problem with the original email, but some weren't. I tried the link in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, none worked.

Just tried the link on the email I received as well. The link just takes me to their home page. Sent and email and called and left a message.
Edit: Matt responded to my email within 15 minutes. He sent me a new link which worked fine.
