If you could tell Chevy, what colors would you like to see dropped on the Corvette? Likewise, what colors would you like to see added?
Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year!!
Dropped- Caffeine, Elkhart Lake Blue
Add- matte grey, light green metallic ( Lamborghini or McLaren)
Definitely need to get a green in there, as well as a true yellow. Would really complete the exotic color palette and or the RGB metallic palette. So I suppose swap accelerate yellow for a true yellow and swap caffeine with a green.
Add: a good yellow, lime green. I am likely in line for a late 1st yr Z06 and prefer yellow but not highlighter yellow/green
delete: accelerate yellow, brown.

No way get rid of Elkhart Lake Blue for matte gray. Get rid of CMG instead if you want a variation on it

With this thread you've opened up the opportunity for all the infantile morons to bash others that don't think like them or have the same tastes.
A broad color selection is why Corvette sells a lot of different colors of cars, including CAFFEINE METALLIC that most critics have probably never seen IN PERSON. And even then, if they don't like a color, what the hell is it to them!? Suggesting more color selections is probably great, but only jerks tell others what THEY should or shouldn't like.
It seems that this forum brings out way too many people that want to enforce their OPINIONS to make themselves feel superior. All that does is create hard feelings. I'm sure that GM marketing takes care of the likes and dislikes by the number of sales they record of colors, options, features, etc. without the input from armchair critics.

Jezz…and my C8 is not even red…people take things way too seriously….smile…enjoy…you are fortunate to own a C8. Sadly there are worse things in life.
Laughing with you not at you my friend. No offense offered and none taken. But I will take one of those chill pills please, it is legal in my state now.

BTW… instead of insulting people the poster would realize that only red car is in reference to years gone by with Ferrari. Maybe he missed the movie too? I think the poster owes people on this thread an apology. Calling people names is not polite. I would not be proud of my kids or grand kids if they acted like this. If not. I will understand.
Thanks…you are good…need to PM me some pics of the 67. Love to see it. Back in the day we mostly drove Camaro’s and Geetos. Sadly, no pics available to reciprocate.
Seriously though - how many versions of white, grey and brown do we need? 5 of the 12 C8 colors are silver/grey/brown....add standard black, red, yellow and blue we are left with 3 optional colors - flat orange, sparkle candy red (red mist) and baby powder blue...
I would like to see a crazy green, but honestly wouldn't buy it. I would however go for a steel blue - something modern with a matte finish or retro like Nassau blue.
