Pretty sure the winning bidder gets to spec it however they want. But he seems to really like black cars*, so the only question is whether it will be a 70th Carbon Flash or the regular black.

Yep an hour after I posted that on Saturday, while watching the auction, someone else said not all Chevy and it was changed!
