I'm sure there are other Ruby's on the Forum, but this is MY Ruby. 2023 Red Mist, Z51, 3LT, MagRide, Front Lift, Red Stitching Black Leather, Stealth Interior, Forgeline F0! Back Ice Wheels.
Looks great and nice wheel choice. I have the F01s too, but in Liquid Silver on Arctic White.
So are your headlights off during the daytime in the auto setting? If the green headlamp DIC light is on in bright sun, you may have the notorious sensor short that plagued virtually of the 22's built since the end of Feb 2022 and through the end of the run.

Is the color of the Stealth pieces all about the same color or hue? It was reported by a youtuber that the color of the stealth pieces where different and recommended not to purchase.

mine look all the same to me. I maybe the angle of the pictures or video. In person, it’s al black.
Do you have a green lamp indicator on the DIC during daylight when the stalk switch is in the default auto position? If so, you do have the problem. A lot of us are trying to track whether GM has a handle on the problem. Up to 8K of the last produced 2022s are potentially affected, but we have no validated reports from a 2023 yet.
The reason I'm asking again is that a lot of new owners didn't think they had the problem, but figured out they did later. The green lamp on the DIC is the only dead giveaway from inside the car.

@Foosh Now you've got me wondering. I just went out to the garage, started my car and backed out to make my Onstar call, play with the audio, etc. The headlights were set to Auto and they turned, on along with the green headlight display in the DIC, while in the garage and remained on even after I was outside. The sun is going down, but still plenty of light outside - I thought; but the lights were still on. I played with the lighting stalk and flipped the headlights through the various options. Every time I went to Auto the lights and DIC light came back on. I left it in that position and started playing with the Audio components for ~30 minutes or so. When I finally decided to call it quits and pull the car back into the garage I noticed that the lights were out again. I also noticed that some light cloud cover had just opened up to some relatively lighter sunlight. So, for now, I would say: Inconclusive. I will have many chances to test the issue over the weekend and will report back.

@RUFAST? I'm going to guess that you do have the problem. Once I had the sensor replaced, my headlights immediately went off as I backed out of the garage even on overcast days, DIC green lamp goes off, and DRLs are full bright. They been working consistently that way for 2 weeks now. Yours is the first '23 I'm aware of to report that that the problem is continuing.
Your choices are:
1) Turn headlights off manually, which turns both headlights and DRLs off. However you have to repeat that every start cycle.
2) Turn stalk to parking lights, which turns headlights off, but other lights are on with DRLs on dim.
3) Do nothing which keeps headlights on all the time, with DRLs dimmed.
You are far from the first to not notice the problem until getting familiar with the car. I also thought things were OK for the first couple of weeks. Turns out it is a short in the sensor, and it does throw a code when the car is scanned pointing to a faulty sensor. The only reported cases are on cars built during and after the last week of Feb 2022.
Please do report back. There is an active thread on this here entitled "Headlights Always On."
