There is a difference between their floor mats and floor liners. I bought a set for my C7Z but only used the driver's side liner. I have a M7 and the liner helps prevent wear on the carpet and/or carpeted floor mat due to the 3rd pedal action.
If you drive your car in the winter, they're great for that. I have a set of GM's similar hard mats that go in for winter driving, and get replaced by a set of Lloyds in the spring.
I am disappointed with the Weather Techs for my C8. At least on the passenger side they do not fit flush into the well and there is a 1/4" or more gap at the sides and under the seat.
I ordered them because of the promised protection and the fact that the WT mats fit perfectly, flush to the sides, on my Honda. Not so for the C8.
I had Weathertechs in my Mustang and they work really well. Unfortunately, they looked so bad, especially in that car that already had a pretty plasticky looking interior... you open that big door and all you see is plastic everywhere with the mats in place. I found the 3D MAXpider mats on Amazon, also laser cut to fit the floor like a WT, with the wrapped sides and the waterproof features, but much nicer looking.
Other than C1/C2's the Corvette has the cheapest looking interior of any sports car I can think of. I fail to see what the addition of WeatherTech liners could do to detract from these interiors lol. Honestly, if I owned a C1 or C2 it would have the same liners in it as well just because they work better than any chinzy floor mat.
They will absolutely be going in my car once arrived. I plan on driving to work sometimes and I work in dealership service dept and bottom of my shoes don't stay so nice. So I put them in just about everything I own/drive often.
I drive my cars... put lots of miles on them. Rain? Okay... snow? Sure, up to a point. Wind, sand, long distances... absolutely... to the store to get a loaf of bread? Lowe's? Home Depot? Walmart? Park in a motel parking lot? Yup.
Were someone to look in my car and see the Weather Techs and make a comment - good, bad, or indifferent - I didn't buy the car, or the mats for him or her. I treat the Ferrari the same way.
Pulled up beside a Bugatti in San Antonio (Alamo Heights), guy says, "Nice old Ferrari." I replied, "Nice new Bugatti." We laughed and agreed that at the end of they day they're just cars.

Love Weather Tech, local company right down the road from me...but they aren't meant for a Corvette. Great in my Tahoe, but not a fan of the plastic look in the Vette.
Sure! The Kagu mats look pretty good, I am going to try them out. But what I really want is the Elegant mats. Thats what I got for the Mustang and it really improved the look. They are made like outdoor carpet, but still with a waterproof shell and liner. I have been emailing the company, trying to see if we can get them to start producing the Elegants.
And not a knock against Weathertech, they make a great product and I love that they are American made. I will probably get those too, for messy weather and road trips.
I have them for my suv when I know I am going to be getting them dirty or muddy. I'd rather replace carpeted floor mats if and when they wear out than use rubber mats in a nice car.
Hi All! Quick question, anyone know if the WeatherTech floor liners are year specific? Tried ordering them on their website but the 2023 version showed as unavailable.

Just get the 2022s. That’s what I did. My car is a 2023. All fit same.
