If any of you out there ever wondered what they looked like in your vette, here are pics. I just got them in last week.
At first, I was like, wtf.. they look like ****! Then I began to kinda like them. I’ll probably get another set from Lloyd’s also but for sure I’ll put these in when I go take them to servicing. Those chevy people tracked dirt all over my other carpet the last time.
Well, enjoy or not enjoy the pics! Lol Also, I know I still have that hanging sticker off the dash, I like to make sure people know my car still fresh!! Lol
I don’t have to wonder. I bought the weather package (don’t remember the exact wording of the option) since I have a natural dipped interior. With an interior like mine and daily driven, these mats are a must. Have the same Jake liners for the trunk and frunk.
Rubber mats are fine for a utility vehicle but have no place in a sports car. If they were standard equipment in a C8, everyone would be upgrading to carpet.

You forgot to say "In my opinion" because that is all this is.
Thanks for posting the pics. Good to see them in the car. Great option for bad weather days and daily drivers. I will probably get some Lloyd's mats. Won't be driving the car in adverse weather conditions.
I learned on the C7 sub forum about Maxpider floor mats. They're made to fit like Weathertechs but made with a type of woven material that's a lot softer than plastics. I often drive barefoot and have found them to be much more comfortable

I have the Weather Tech mats in my C7 and they do a great job protecting the carpet and IMO they look pretty good. I do not see any issues with those in your C8 - they will do a good job too.

Have the same Jake mats + trunk/frunk. Love the look and functionality. 👍
I ordered the weather techs in Feb, just picked the car up a couple days ago. I have always used them. 10 years living in ND will certainly make you appreciate them
Drove my C8 75 miles home from dealer, got out, put the Weather Techs in, closed the garage door. Would do it again.
I did not buy my car to show off the interior or the exterior to or for anyone: so, only I have to deal with the horror of Weather Tech mats in my car.
I DD, or split duties, with all my cars - that's one reason I limit myself to two cars at a time - I walk out to the garage and ask, "Do I drive the fun car, or do I drive the fun car? - my choices? C8 or a 34-year-old 328 GTB Ferrari.... different strokes for different folks....

I agree, I have rubber mats in my Range Rover, but I will not put them in my C8.
My 3LT came with carpet mats that are replaceable. I will replace them if they get too worn.
