Are you sure that you're looking at the odometer, which is on the lower left side of the instrument panel?, OR the estimated range left in the tank which is on the right side of the IP next to the gas gauge? Many other CF members have made this mistake before. May want to make sure before you talk to your dealer...
Under 10 miles, (4 to 6) being typical.
If that was my C8 someone would have some explaining to do. As stated above, that's a used car. Someone at the dealer probably borrowed it for a weekend excursion.
2-5 is typical for most, 15-25 if it was pulled for QC at Bowling Green. 400 is basically a demo or used car. If you custom ordered the car, the sales manager took himself a nice weekend getaway!

Mine had 15. The dealer asked if it would be ok for them to take a test drive before shipping it to me from them (Texas) to me in Iowa. I wanted it trouble free when I received it.
If it really is 400 miles, you will want to check other details to make sure it was entered properly. I believe that you should have a bill of sale that shows the mileage at delivery. Also, on the MyChevrolet website you can look at your Warranty Tracker, and also your Service History. If properly entered by your dealer, your Warranty Tracker should show that the expiration mileage is extended by the miles at delivery - see attached - in my case it was 4 miles. In the Service History, my dealer made an entry showing the mileage at delivery (see attached). So you can check those things.
