2021 Corvette and problems never seize. Now I have the “lumpy leather” dash on my car. WTF is Chevrolet doing? Suppliers are shipping crap parts and Corvette is installing them.

Kracka's right. It has been an issue since C6 but I thought it was somewhat resolved during the C7 years--maybe I'm wrong. I saw only a relative few in the C7 generation. Hope it gets a fix quickly from your local dealer! Good luck.
With the same crappy leather dash. Honestly, your best option is to take it to a custom auto upholstery shop and have them fix it correctly.
I removed the entire dash in my C6 Z06 ($125k MSRP in 2011) because it looked just like this. There was maybe 3-4 thin lines of glue for the entire dash & the leather is cut too short - doesn't wrap around the edges. The solution was to properly prep & re-glue the leather to the dash. Good luck.
Same here, I wouldn't go with the 3LT even if it were offered at no charge.
Supposedly, GM fixed the 3LT dash delamination issue for the 2019 C7 by adding staples and an improved adhesive, however there were still 2019s with the issues, some more than once.

I'd be inclined to agree that 3LT isn't worth it if I had ordered according to my personal preferences, BUT for my wife, who wanted to order a C8 HTC for herself, it had to be Arctic White with a Natural Dipped Interior or no C8 at all, non-negotiable. The only way to get any of the "Dipped" interiors is with 3LT.
So far our dash is flawless, but it's well-protected with XPEL's premium ceramic, nearly optically clear film on the windshield that eliminates 95%+ of both UV and IR radiation, and it's always garaged when except when we're out and about with the car.

Not sure about the C8, however seems the C7 3LT dash delaminating issues are not so much caused by heat, UV and IR radiation as you will find as many delaminating cases for C7 3LT garage queens with little exposure and/or C7s located in cooler northern states as you do those in hot southern states, such as Fla, TX AZ etc..
It's more install process/materials issues that cause the C7 3LT dashes to delaminate.
Ah, the ongoing 3LT dash delamination issue...Still has yet to be resolved....
i have 3 bubbles popping up on my 2021 2LT dash (on the center piece just above the digital dash cluster) which i brought to my service managers attention when i went in for my first oil change. he took pictures and sent them in to GM. GM has agreed to replace it but will prob be some time still before the part becomes available. my hypothesis is that it resulted from baking in the sun for extended time before i took delivery.
