Interesting Android Issue
I have noticed that when I have the volume for the ringer on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra turned down (muted), it also mutes the ringer in the cockpit of the C8. In contrast, when I turn down (mute) the S21 ringer volume while in my Ford F150, the ringer that is native to the vehicle still audibly goes off. The muted ringer in my C8 has resulted in several missed calls, as I do not always catch the visual warning of an incoming call on the infotainment center. Basically, what I want is for the ringer in the C8 to sound off, even if the volume control on the phone itself is muted. Thoughts?
