So I’m on EBay looking at more Carbon Fiber stuff and I come across this Ad. They literally stole my photo. So Funny, however it is there product. Better my dash bezel than one of my dick pics I guess.

You can always send a take down notice to EBay as you are the photographer and just by depressing the shutter on your camera or phone, you own the copyright.

They are very nice people and have given me some discounts so it’s Ok I just had to do a double take when I saw it. It had to be lifted from this Forum because I haven’t posted it anywhere else.
Same thing happened to me, only in my case, it was a shot of my GM installed low wing, that they were using to sell their cheap aftermarket low wing. They literally stole the photo from a post I put on this forum.
That sucks. I suppose most of us (including myself) post photos of our cars on the forum to share w/ other Corvette owners. I guess you could have put a watermark across your photos but then that sort of messes up the photos when you're really trying to share with the Corvette enthusiast/community.
Your car is actually really cool looking. See I can say nice things. LOL.
Who cares if they use your photos. I never give it a second thought when a vendor uses mine as long as it's a good product that's beneficial to anyone.

Exactly if it wasn’t a good product I might say something but everything I have purchased from them has been top notch and reasonably priced. I hope the photo sells more dash pieces for them.

I agree. I had a vendor use a pic of my '00 Vette, which had some custom wheels on it, in one of their ads. Didn't bother me - I just looked at is as they liked what I did to my car.
