Does this mean status code 3400?
I got the following in an email.

I believe it is 3000. 3300 is parts ordered, 3400 is parts in stock and accounted for.

No. The emails are for the following status:
3000 - Order Accepted, Your Corvette is at the Starting Line.
3400 - Order Broadcast, Building your dream to order.
4200A - Sent to Shipper, Your Mid-Engine masterpiece is making great strides.
4800 - Arrived at Shipper, Pure performance is on the horizon.
4200B/C - Left Shipper for Dealership, Exhilaration is on the approach.
The communication is sparse and you won't get one at 3800 Produced.

How can one get setup to receive these emails? I received a copy of the Order Workbench sheet from the dealer today, and it shows that it went 3000 yesterday, but I did not receive an email. The correct email address is on the order sheet.

The emails won't be instantaneous. I received emails 1,2, and 5, never saw 3 and 4. In fact my dealer called me and told me my car had left Bowling Green the day before I got email 5.
