Default Help with a scratch!!!!!!

I went to clean my C8 today and almost PUKED!! I have an Arctic White car and the black trim just below the metal mesh that helps the heat escape from the exhaust has a nice scratch on it!!
Is this something that can be fixed??

A body shop could probably fix it, and the suggestion above could work as a DIY.

You might want to check in with the members in the Car Care section to see if they have any suggestions.

Remedy depends on the extent of the scratch. Post a picture.

I worked in a body shop and someone would call every day and ask how much it will cost to fix their car. The boss would say "How tall am I ?"
I don't know I can't see you. "I can't see your car so I can't tell you".
POST A PICTURE.

First determine if the scratch can be removed with a scratch compound by simply running your nail over the scratch...If you nail does not catch on the scratch then it can be removed with scratch compound...If it catches it will need to be sanded and if you haven't done this before I would take it to an experienced detailer for further analysis and repair...

This is my go-to for minor scratch removal...

For a chip I used the paint pen and perfect. For a surface scratch I hate to admit but I used tooth paste and gone. I am sure that is bad.

Toothpaste actually works in a very similar fashion as Meguiar's ScratchX. A lot of guys will use toothpaste to polish cloudy headlights too.
