That's because you selected the red seats.

Others were saying you had to get GT2 seats to get the red stitching.

I have the GT2 seats (two tone) and red stitching.

I dislike contrast stitching. With a palpable rage.

Contrast piping looks far better--if that's the look one is going for.

Contrast piping is pretty old school. My Dad's boat had it back in the 60's.

Correct - what I was stating is that if you order red seats (not two tone), red stitching comes with it...even on the 1LT.

To each his own if you like it then thats all that matters. I cannot stomach those all-red seats on any color car let alone a blue one with blue seat belts. Wowzers!

OP: any car with red seats or two tone red/black seats will have red stitching. But only a 3LT allows all black interior with JUST the red stitching (and the stitching is an extra cost as a standalone option if not selecting red or two tone red/black seats).

What they NEED to offer, desperately, is BLUE stitching. Why only red and yellow are available absolutely boggles my mind.

I agree. I think the all red interior looks gross. But just my opinion not the opinion of people that get it. eek
