Anyone have their windshield washer fluid pump stop working? Mine is inoperable. Yes, the fluid is topped off in the reservoir and the fuse behind glove box is good.

Dealer appointment set for Wednesday.....

 

Mine failed on my C7 Grand Sport, it wasn't uncommon for them to fail on C7s. They were inexpensive and used on several GM models. I don't remember hearing about them failing on C8s.

Guess it's not a common problem. Going to let warranty take care of it.

But part is cheap if out of warranty period.

Windshield Washer Pump - GM (13508971)

Tools required: 10mm socket and a T30 torque bit. (T30 needed to move Frunk Tub out of the way a little to access one of the 10mm bolts that holds the fluid reservoir)
