Anyone ever considered putting their C8 on Turo? Before we bought ours we looked at the site to rent one for a test drive (because at the time no dealer was test driving C8s around us) and there were a few. Not sure how comfortable I'd be about allowing someone to do this to ours, so these people have a lot of faith in humanity.
great question sir ......so here is the thing if you love yr corvette then NO .....but if your not into yr corvette as one of your loves in yr life then yeah rent it .....my c8 if for me only .
Beware also if you don't let your insurance company know and a renter wrecks it they can deny repair, based on fraudulent disclosure of car use as a rental. If you let them know, as you should, your rates will sky rocket. Also consider personal liability.if someone kills themselves or others in your car, lawsuits will be eminent, and unless you have incorporated, your personal wealth could be at risk.
Am seeing $108 - $275 for base and $550 for a Z near Chicago.
I had planned on trying all sorts of cars on there then covid hit and I sort of forgot. Time to start. I have a C7Z but there is a C8 for rent 6 miles away.
