The PF64 filter is actually made in the good, old USA, even though it's packaging may not be.
I want to agree, but that legal verbiage leaves too much wiggle room.
Why didn't they just say, "Made in the USA"? It's not like we're talking about grapes from California. Sounds like AC Delco probably sells their patent to have it "made" or assembled in other locations....likely in effort to cut logistical expenses. Or maybe parts of the filter comes from other sources.
All said, I will buy them until I have reason to look elsewhere.
