EUREKA!!!! I have taken the advice from the "BEST" WAY TO CLEAN the outside and inside of the windshield and have found out that
WATER works for me.
WET it wipe with terry cloth towel then dry with terry cloth towel and I got it clean no micros no glass cleaner

This is how I do it also. After many years of using various window cleaners and different cleaning techniques for cleaning the inside of the windshield I have found that it’s the cleaner itself that causes the streaks, especially noticeable when you’re driving into the setting sun’s direction. Plain water solved that problem for me. The only time I would use a cleaner now on the inside of the window is if it’s extremely dirty and water is not enough to do the job.
