Also, if you buy the right spacers there is no need for cutting the studs. Please see on my previous posts

I’ve seen some side-by-side comparisons with and without spacers. The difference is subtle that I’m considering if it’s even worth it.

Its worth it for me. Makes the front 1/4 view so much more aggressive.

here’s a side by side with my 23 and my friends black 25. Subtle but it makes a difference IMO with 20mm spacers

I had the Paragon 20mm spacers on our 2020 Z51 for nearly 5 years with zero issues. I did have to cut off about 1/4" and round the heads on the studs for my non forged black wheels with machined face. Another friend with Trident wheels didn't have to do any trimming on his wheel studs......

SURPRISING to learn that my buddy with a 2021 Z51 just last week took his C8 into the local Gettysburg dealer for an annual State Inspection and they FAILED him for the wheel spacers here in PA. They charged him $$ to remove the spacers and then pass his car. The next day, he brought his car to my house and we put the spacers right back on again. He even pointed out to them that THEY had passed the same car and spacers 2 years ago. He went elsewhere last year.

TOTAL BS !!!!! This dealer doesn't have a clue..... they sell about 1 Corvette a year. Won't go there for State Insp again.....,..

Last inspection in March done with spacers installed. No issues here in NY. NY and CA are the ultimate “stupid auto inspection rule” test. Inspection performed at my local Chevy dealership.

Maybe its me but I personally see very little difference between the stance of C8's in OEM setup and a C8 using "spacers".
will eventually upgrade the wheels and maybe when that happens I will have a difference of opinion, until then I am "as is". no spacers.

They are a PITA to remove for each autocross/track day. A lot of unsprung weight and potential added stress on the spacer. Do not want to crack one at Sebring at 100MPH+.

Well that is something I did not take into consideration, thank you for mentioning this!
I did not plan to track my C8 at this time, I have a dedicated 2003 C5 Z06 as a track toy for now.
However that scenario is going away soon, getting tired of loading the car trailer and hauling the C5 Z06 to a track event which is why I made sure the new C8 had the Z51 package so I have the option to just drive to a track event.
