Sharp looking C8. Don't reallly know if you can tell from a picture but it looks fine to me (stripe under PPF)

No problem. There is no right or wrong answer in this situation. Either way you go. The paint is protected. The video provides a really good look at the options so you can decide on which way you want to go. If you dont mind the air gap I would think hard on protecting your vinyl.
