where can i get carbon fiber wheels for c-8 ? Next what are the best track only tires for the c-8 ? Track of Americas Hello !!

Carbon fiber wheels, maybe $10k for a set? Even if they existed there's probably not a huge market for the base car. The Z06 might be a different story.

ESEcarbon.com says they will be releasing their long-awaited E2 one-piece carbon fiber wheel in 19" x 8.5." Then in the third quarter 2020 they will release their 19" x 11." Their website says "the initial goal is to offer a set of four wheels for less than $9,900." There are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2s that will fit these wheel sizes in the width/diameter range of our stock tire sizes.
