Guessing this might be a bit more difficult to develop with the new layout?
The guys at Brey Krause are up to something. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and they said they're close to revealing it. They also mentioned it may be in the Pace Car, but having not seen that car's interior, I can't say for sure.
This one seems a bit suspect in its usefulness as a harness bar. The photos make it look like there's no cross bar behind the passenger seat, thereby making it impossible to install shoulder harnesses on the right side. That is, unless I'm misinterpreting the pics.
Further, there would be some potential legality issues with street use. It is far enough out of the way such that cracking your skull on it would be pretty unlikely. But I'd expect state inspecting authorities to look carefully at such things. That is: assuming your state has inspections, of course.
Its available in a few configurations apparently. Including the ability for the passenger seats to run harnesses if you wanted.
I'm not associated with Studio RSR in anyway just sharing what i know.
One of the reasons i am kinda excited about this one is it is connecting the far left and right of the chassis. When i had a GT3 and installed the 1/2 cage in the car it was a noticeable change from before and after with the rigidity increase, i anticipate in the C8 that rigidity increase will be pretty substantial.

Are those the HTE-R XL or regular? What seat bracket did you use? Asking for a friend
I ordered XL's and driver seat definitely is but the passenger feels like a regular. OMP L Brackets & Sliders. Built a low pro mounting bracket in house. I'll post a pic when I get my phone fixed, shattered the screen karting last night.
