Has anyone figured out the best way to attach a Schroth Harness or similar on their 2020 C8 Z51 for added safety & driver stability while tracking? My car was ordered with the stock GT2 seats, not the competition seats, and I'm looking for the best way to use these seats & attach a Schroth Profi II ASM Harness (4 way w/o sub strap). Has GM any recommended attachment points?
GM hasn't and won't. You'll need to wait for the aftermarket to deliver solutions. LG is working on one. Brey-Krause (spelling?) is. If you dig through this section you'll find a thread or two one it, and you'll see other vendors have solutions in the works as well.

Thx JVP - So you're saying that GM offers a sorta track ready car... with a dry-sump oiling system, extra cooling & better brakes (Z51 upgrade), Magnetic Control Ride suspension, etc., but there's no factory designed track safety accomodation for the driver??

That is correct. It's a simple liability issue because anything they install will have to pass road-going crash tests. They can't put a driver restraint system in the car and say, "For off-road use only". The lawyers would be all over that like white on rice.
You're on your own, with the help of the aftermarket, of course. But you won't get anything out of GM on it.

Plus what I've not yet considered in this equation are my GT2 seats... Are they even strong enough for this 4 point harness idea? Will the C8 competition model seats be a more suitable choice?
My friends say that I should just wait for the Z06 to make the scene & track that factory set-up machine...

I don't think the comp seats are going to be any stronger than the other seats, per se. What they are is far more supportive and a bit more confining. Nothing that should impact the use of a 4-pt though.

Sure. You and a host of others here would be waiting for that. Holding your breath and waiting for it to appear may not be conducive to a long and healthy life, though. ;-)

Well... I've just found this C8 2020+ substantial looking harness anchor mount for sale on Vetteworks' website but don't know anything about it. Has anyone installed it / or have a relevant comment?

I've used Dan's stuff since my C6 and it works perfectly. The anchor you're looking at is really no different than his other ones but bear in mind it only serves as a lap/anti-sub mount. You still have to worry about the shoulder harnesses.
FWIW, might find this idea useful. While building my Street Rod was at the Vintage Car Races in Laguna Seca and saw a cleaver way to keep a shoulder harness in place on a roll bar brace. Looked like a two piece commercial shaft collar but could not find one that fit. Had "donuts" precisely water jet cut from alumimum stock, drilled holes for bolts, cut them in half than tapped for stainless cap screws!
Note, fabricated my roll bar from several bends and a straight section. Tubing supplier machined a piece of smaller tubing to fit the ID and act as alignment and backing for welded joints!
