What he means by that is you get both the muffler assy & the straight pipe with your purchase. Easy swap, depending on your mood.
The major benefit of the MagnaFlow system is that it utilizes all four valves.
The 2021 C8 WILL get a CEL if you unplug the aft (NPP) valves. The 2020 records a NPP fault, but not a CEL.
So regardless of what exhaust system you choose. If you have the performance exhaust option (Z51) you should consider an exhaust system that utilizes ALL four valves. with either adapter plates or valve simulator modules.
Otherwise, if you have a 2021, live with a CEL on.
4K for the exhaust, no thanks... why does everyone wanna charge Tubi prices for a chevy?
I agree, 4K and most likely you would see little to no performance gain real world, wish some after market company would offer some nice looking tips for a reasonable price.

True, $3719 is a lot for 18 HP, good sound and good looks.

aFe used my C8 for R&D for the performance intake system, sounded awesome on while driving at WOT that cost much less and give a nice performance gain and performance sound. I only have the aFe OEM high flow filter on now and waiting to have the production system installed soon. They also installed the performance sway bars front and rear and now the car handles like a sports car.
