Reverse Tilt mirror problem

Default Reverse Tilt mirror problem
My passenger side mirror is set to tilt downward when car is shifted to reverse but does not return to driving position when car is shifted out of reverse. My dealer is having difficulty diagnosing the problem. Any one else had this problem and have a solution?

I don’t have that problem, but if I did, I would not hesitate to let my dealer (service department) give me a solution.
