Default C8 Headers + Heat Blankets!

Get the most out of your C8 with Fabspeed’s higher-flowing CAD proven design Sport Headers, the direct replacement upgrade for the bulky restrictive hydroformed OEM GM C8 factory headers. Our dyno proven design significantly increases power and exhaust note. Also, we highly recommend our military spec thermal blankets to keep the heat in your engine bay under control.

SOUND:

Nothing quite sounds like a set of quality equal length headers on a Chevy V8. These headers will give your C8 a moderate increase in volume but a significant increase in muscle car tone.

POWER:

After many dyno hours and incremental refinements to our design we were able to achieve dyno gains of 20 WHP at 6300 RPM and 17.1 FT/LBS of TQ at 3300 RPM. Best of all, the power is there across the entire power band!

FEATURES:
  • Fits all Chevrolet Corvette C8 mid-engine Vehicles Coupes and Convertibles worldwide 2020+
  • Dyno proven power gains of 20 whp and 17 ft/lbs of TQ
  • CAD designed and CAD flow developed
  • Incrementally dyno developed for maximum power
  • Constructed from T304L stainless steel with 1-piece mandrel bent primary tubes
  • F1/ INDY car style high-velocity 4-into-1 merge collectors with merge spikes for maximum scavenging and performance
  • Combine with our C8 Sport Catalytic Converters and Valvetronic Maxflo Exhaust for the true American V8 sound
  • Available with optional 2200 degrees thermal blankets. made with 321 stainless steel netting, ceramic fiber and Kevlar jackets with 321 springs. The same materials we use on 800HP Mclaren heat blankets.
  • Available with optional Cerakote ceramic coating
  • Simple bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required
  • All Fabspeed performance products are backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Warranty'

We absolutely can! We designed them to fit all corvette models as well as other brands' headers.

I was communicating with someone at your company a couple of weeks ago on YouTube and they stated the following: "I have not confirmed the fitment for the HTC however we are happy to work with an HTC owner on this." So, I am assuming that the HTC fitment has been confirmed in the last two weeks. Is this the case?
Was there a design change? I just went back to your web site and noticed the price increase.

Great Questions!

Yes, we do have an HTC in the shop and have confirmed fitment.

In terms of price, the headers were listed on the website but unavailable for purchase until last week when we confirmed fitment. Being that all of our products are handcrafted in-house, the amount of time and engineering required to accomplish what all other companies have not, absolutely influences the cost.

This statement is simply not true--unless you are abusing the dictionary terms.

F1 and Indycar create 4-into-1 merge collectors from 4 pieces of tubing, cut and welded into a 4-1 collector

What is pictured is a piece of metal formed/pressed into the exterior shape of a 4-1 collector and you then state a star is welded on in the middle. But that is not how merge collectors are built.

This is not how F1/INDY collectors are actually constructed. See:: https://burnsstainless.com/blogs/art...rge-collectors

Everything else about this "ad" is likely true, but these are not true merge collectors.

Thanks for your concern!

That is precisely why the description you quoted says "style". It is based on the burns collector but uses a different manufacturing process.

Default Headers

I didn’t remove the cats or air box. Put the headers on lose, bolt to the cats. Then tighten the headers then tighten the cats.
i pulled the plugs so not to potentially crack one if the header slipped. U will have to pull the plug wires from underneath, but if you can position the wires correctly the wires and plugs can be reinstalled from the top.
