I don’t see anything about the C8. Different engine, different ECU.

Aiso, the C8 could limit throttle based on Drivetrain mode. It actually says as much in the manual.

The purpose of the post was to find out if a forum member has logged the C8 and documented throttle closing while at wide open throttle. After seeing snowblinds logging snapshot, it might be happening.

I found a screenshot from my SS in 2019. Same throttle opening percentage. How about dem rpms from that lil old pushrod LT1 !!??

7700 rpm @ 99.5 kpa induction system is doing it job. Is there a fuel cutoff rpm? Suppose the programing closes down the throttle to just below 100kpa? Just asking a question.
