Don't know who this helps but thought it was good info.
I installed catless pipes for added sound on my C8, as expected it creates a CEL
Using a Bluetooth OBD dongle and Torque pro you have the ability to auto clear CELs, they still appear and show in the history on the app but the light goes away after 2 minutes allowing you to use remote start.
I know they make mini cats that work for some but I never had luck. Companies now also don't guarantee their success and at $500 I'm not willing to experiment. I also couldn't find any O2 sims
