Did you do a stock pull before the add ons? Do you have those results? Halltech is performing dynos on our intake, which added +17 RWHP & 25 .bs-ft vs stock. We are also going to dyno at LPE with the pTR and TB onboard.

Great idea! What will your mod list consist of? Always fun to compare real-world results.
Currently the car has ARH headers, Wilson 95mm ported intake, Soler Performance 95/100mm TB, Attack blue air filter, AWE touring exhaust.
I called them earlier to schedule time on the dyno to check the power...they said they don't do that??? Do you have a contact their you could talk to? I think it would be fun to compare the two.

That's odd. I've been emailing with Matt Garzonie there. Maybe they only dyno customer cars that are in for other work?
Are you comparing my average dyno numbers? Because if so your car gained 13 rwhp on my dyno over an average stock one. You cannot compare what it made on a hub dyno to my dynojet as it's not the same.
im wondering the same too. You can’t compare base numbers from a dynojet to a hub dyno.

No never did a stock Dyno on my C8.
Dyno was completed with these mods added on: Current performance HP/TQ mods added are: Halltech Hornet Cold Air Intake 95mm Gwatney Manifold
95/100mm Soler LT5/ZR1 Throttle Body
Soler Throttle Controller
Fabspeed HJS 200 Cell Cats
Will be doing a comparison Dyno Friday now that the Lingenfelter pTR intake manifold has replaced the 95mm Gwatney intake manifold.
As an FYI to those with all these mods.... here is what I have... Paragon Exhaust, ARH headers, Attack Blue Filter, Lingenfelter 95mm Throttle Body, PTR Intake manifold....
Track testing: Road Atlanta... Paragon Exhaust, ARH Headers & Attack Blue Filter & Sport Cats. I have exact figures but lets just say back straight speed was 150mph.
Track testing: Road Atlanta... Paragon Exhaust ARH Headers & Attack Blue Filter & Sport Cats + PtR Intake Manifold & Throttle Body..... Back Straight speed is 150mph.
All these people claiming 25-50whp are smoking crack, any increase in HP would be seen in MPH or in acceleration curve in the aim data, nothing is seen. I think throttle response is slightly improved however in the real world the gains are not translating to the track; especially when the car is getting hot and it starts pulling timing because its hot the perceived gains are wiped off the table. I have AIM data from the track after every mod as I'm at Road Atlanta ALOT... my advice, get the car to sound how you want it to sound and then save your money until we can actually tune these cars.
Until a tuning solution is available all these 'Gains' are being wiped out as soon as the car is even remotely warm. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble here. Anyone telling your differently is selling snake oil and lining their pockets.
J5isalive.....you should know because it's been proven to you on the race course. However at the drag strip I believe it's somewhat different in most cases. I have seen the improvements in MPH regarding the C8 with bolt ons when compared to stock. But for the most part those bolt-ons C8's shine in cooler air. Whatever power it has tends to drop off a bit in warmer dense air regardless.

when you say "hot" what exactly do you mean? oil, water, both? I got the same mods as you do an Im doing doing track days? what fuel are you using? what tires? you got a scanner that shows its pulling timing? how much timing? come on man need some specifics!

I'm not going to give the specifics because I'll attempt to address it and will post about the fix when I get it. The car has the ability to pull 15 degrees of timing, that's about 100hp....
And for those that dont think the car is pulling timing, here are 3 laps at CMP this weekend, Green = Lap 1 first line (flat line), Red Lap 2, Blue Lap 3. At a time trial you basically get 1 lap, you have no chance to set a 'good' lap on lap 2 or 3 because the car has pulled so much power out of it, yeah its still fun to drive but when you are going for that ultimate lap it sucks you only get one shot at it. I dont think these results are accurately mimicked on a dyno for multiple reasons.
Funny, I suspected that. M in the same thought process as you are. Very similar data from COTA. I thought it was something else. When i looked at the data the car was definitely slower every where as laps progressed.
